Sounds good to me. We need to book a room though (Jamie normally handles this) and get some posters sorted and up at least the week before.

Unsure if James is working back from home yet or still commuting to Auckland for the week. Who normally does the art work for posters? Best get onto organizing this as quick as we can so its all booked. Liz
