Man, they could have gone open-source a wee-bit earlier. At the time I was looking into open-source Python IDEs, it was only available as commercial version (though looking exactly like what I was after!). That was the reason I ended up with the PyDev Eclipse plugin (http://pydev.sourceforge.net/) for my Python projects.
