Hi Daniel

I followed your instructions as per your email:

glenn@glenn1:~$ sudo apt-get install ls-modem-daemon sl-modem-source
[sudo] password for glenn:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package ls-modem-daemon
glenn@glenn1:~$

When I went to read the readme file:

glenn@glenn1:~$ cd /usr/share/doc
glenn@glenn1:/usr/share/doc$ gedit sl-modem-source/README.Debian
glenn@glenn1:/usr/share/doc$

I just had an empty screen. I ls'd the /usr/share/doc directory and I couldn't find any listing for sl-modem. Am I right to assume that this is not installed, and if so, how can I install the package from my install cd?

Glenn.
