Go google perpetual motion or read: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perpetual_motion You can't violate the basic laws of physics. As to the motor accelerating when a magnet was put near it - that makes sense because you have energy from moving the magnet... Open source is very solid, let's not look like a bunch of strange people by debating whether you can have perpetual motion or not, whether man landed on the moon etc.
