I imported your key as you posted it on the Wiki and it doesn't seem to work.  Or you're using a different key to sign you message to the list.

I used to use my gpg key a lot, but had problems with OE not being able
to read my emails, which sucks, since one of the major reasons I wanted
it was to email votes for various projects I'm associated and the person
that collated the ballots used OE. Uh.

mutt supports it really well too, and supports it according to the RFC,
unfortunately, OE doesn't, and doesn't show the email at all :(
Recently however mutt has added an option to do it stupidly that OE can
(hopefully) read.  This is one of my first test emails with it :)
