I've been wanting to see if Crossover will resovle some issues I've been having getting Windows games to run under my Ubuntu install. If it works with my selection of favourites then it's one step closer to using Linux primarily and Windows sparingly.
I've been reading that the servers are somewhat overloaded and downloads are pretty slow. OTOH they've extended the offer to 48 hours.
Codeweavers have altered their website temporarily. I was able to download the file (it's an .sh file which I will have to learn how to use) . I've aplied for a license code and been advised that they will take 2-3 days to process due to the volume of requests.
BTW I still have three of your games. I'll try and remember to bring them along to the next meeting.,
