DSE did not tell me that it would work they said that it should, if not right now then at a future time when the firmware became available. You probably can still get the wireless to work by using a card (maybe dse would help you with that, saves them getting a whole computer back) until the new version is on stream. Another alternative might be to take your machine to the meeting there are tons of lan experts to give you help..
I should have done some homework before I signed the dotted line, although I am going to use the 14 day return to get this steamer back to where it belongs. Im not so pissed at the laptop not being up to scratch, its more that I was told it *would* fit the criteria I set out. Up till now I had thought DSE were better than this.
