Although 20.04.1 is released and the .iso files can now be downloaded. The automatic on-line upgrades have not yet commenced:

"Users of Ubuntu 18.04 LTS will soon be offered an automatic upgrade to 20.04.1 LTS via Update Manager."

On one site I found a blogger was suggesting next Tuesday.
