We've recently designed and printed lots of 'wlug business cards' for handing out to newbies wanting help, and it points to the wlug home page. Advanced users should have no problems finding existing content on the wiki, but newbies using it as a point-of-first-contact shouldn't be overwhelmed when looking for help. In-my-opinion, your-milage-may-vary, void-where-prohibited, etc etc. John
