Unsure if James is working back from home yet or still commuting to Auckland for the week. Who normally does the art work for posters? Best get onto organizing this as quick as we can so its all booked.

OK, I'll prone Jamie or whoever I can get hold of tomorrow, and see if we can get a room booked. Bryce normally does the posters, I can talk to him in the weekend. We'll also need some idea of what Simon will be talking about to go on the posters.
