According to this report <https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2021/05/fake-dmca-takedown-notice-targeted-ubuntu-downloaders-yesterday/>, said company denies ever having sent such a notice to Comcast. So it seems like it was a spoof takedown sent to Comcast by some other party.
