The only problem I've had with ASB Fastnet was a couple of weeks ago with, I think, Firefox 1.5 RC3. The login page would treat my login attempt as if I had entered an invalid password. However, a few days later it was working without problems, so I presume that there was just an issue with Firefox 1.5 which they resolved, or otherwise something went wonky with my cookies as per Joseph's comment before. Generally speaking I really can't complain about ASB in any way, except for that they run Windows in their branches ;) Their support for alternative browsers is awsome, and their Fastnet site is excellent.
