Who were you dealing with at PB Tech? I've always dealt with Jann in there and gotten great service, however whenever I have to deal with one of the chinese staff members I find the service is shite.
Unable to help out with the troubleshooting I'm afraid as I don't have any high end hardware spare (this caused a problem when I had my recent spate of PC hardware issues - proved into the mobo which PB Tech fixed with a BIOS flash - something I'd not considered as I've never done one).
