With regard to:

...I suspect there is also the potential for the ANZAC day holiday to be on the 4th Monday of April, and for the 3rd Monday of April to be Easter Monday holiday. ...but this shouldn't be a problem, as we could write to the Pope and ask him to shift Easter ;-)
I guess the point is; do people prefer having the wlug meetings moved forward a week if its a public holiday, or would they prefer them always to be on the 4th Monday of the month irrespective of whether or not its a public holiday?
Another option might be to shift the meetings to, say, the 4th Tuesday in the month. The conflict with public holidays should then only be ANZAC day (i.e. About once every seven years.)
