To the WLUG, Howdy! Here's my first question. (BTW I am a novice Linux/ubuntu user -- dual boot and work with Windows networks) I am a Domain Admin trying to access Windows shares ( I have full access). That works fine. I've been using OpenOffice to open Microsoft documents, edit them, and save changes. This has worked fine for 2 weeks. Now, when I try to open these documents, the OpenOffice program starts launching, but never opens the document (or OpenOffice itself). This just started happening today, so it seems like a freak occurence. Some help would be great. Hohua (aka Josh) tech(a)iblp.org.nz
