I bought mine from Ebay. The item was shipped from Hongkong and it took two weeks to arrive.

The plastic connector broke in mine and so I have to replace the whole thing. In your case, you should be able to just replace the battery.

I may be wrong for your specific laptop but I thought you could still boot a laptop even with no cmos battery. If you could not then the problem may be something else.
