If all the pages you had problems with were manpages (eg, had a (x) at the end, such as rsh(1)), then this isn't such a big issue. We imported a bunch of manpages into the wiki a while back (when it first started actually) but they haven't really been much use. Various people have edited them, but it's information that is IMO hard to keep track of and make use of.
It looks like these errors are for the old man pages that we originally imported - our import script used "[[" as the escape for [ instead of starting a link. It seems that in the current version of the wiki, that isn't valid any more, even if "old markup" is selected. I think we could probably write something to go through the database and fix any page with "[[", although maybe we should also just delete any man page that hasn't been editted by anyone since being imported...
