I've only seen three replies to the list, and quite frankly, they were encouraging replies which are more likely to motivate other members to attend the meeting rather than merely create noise.

I've counted 8 people so far that said they would be coming, three of these were off-list. I'll see how many more there are, but it's starting to look like CS might be right; RMS is expecting an audience of >100. We're not going to get that. Perhaps instead we can organise a bus or carpool to see him speak in Auckland?

Unless I see a whole lot more replies over the weekend anyway.
