Eh?  An (unfortunately clueless) Orcon sales rep answered the phone within a few rings last time I rang.  Orcon may not be the best option for home users but it'll do fine for my business.  Hopefully I don't have too many technical issues with them.  Smaller companies (not that Orcon is that small) can tend to be less reliable in some areas.  They need to be tighter with costs etc so cut back on staff.
