Peter has the following dates available this month: 16,22,28,29 & 30. The last 3 subject to change at short notice. Do these correlate with any dates you have available? If so, please let us know on list which days. (ASAP!) Otherwise, May 1st or May 8th are the next Thursdays on which we can meet. Thanks, David Unfortunately we had too many last minute cancellations to ensure that we met quorum for our committee meeting. We need to have one this month! Can people please advise on list what dates they can attend. We need attendance commitment from committee members otherwise we end up wasting each other's time. Apologies to Ivan who didn't get my email and was the only person who turned up to the last scheduled committee meeting. I have also received an email from Paul Matthews (CEO) who informed me that we need to appoint a Branch Secretary (it's an "officer" of the branch, and hence a constitutional requirement). Can someone willing to perform this role please volunteer - that last thing we want to do is draw straws for the position!

Hamilton Curry - 17th April 2008 - upcoming to the Hamilton 400 V8 Supercars

Yes, we're definitely well overdue for a Thursday night curry in H'tron. And with geeks coming to the tron to watch the V8 supercars in action, well, what's a better time to get together and have a curry ? So far, I have got 4 people keen for an early curry, personally 6:30pm onwards would suit me. Because of the nature of the upcoming event, the Hamilton 400 V8 Supercars, I really need to get firm numbers so that I can book ahead At this stage, I'm looking at Little India in Alexandra St which is in Hamilton CBD. Competition is great.
