NZ mirrors

Hi folks, Couple of questions: 1. I'm on the WorldExchange/XNet network. Traffic local to the XN nw does not count towards my (75G) cap. Are there any Uni's or FTP mirors available for Ubuntu/Deb & other distro's on the XN new? 2. I live & work in Auckland City & travelling out to Waikato on a scooter is problematic, to say the least. Thanks for the info, Lindsay, but I already use citylink as a tries & tested source. The problem is that xnet traffic does not count towards my cap, so any resources on the 'local network' is 'free' I've already put in a request to the sysadmin for ftp.wicks.co.nz, but he's indicated that he simply doesn't have the space. Sad to here that Richard Stallmans offer to speak in Hamilton was not taken up.
